People are hungry on the third Tuesday of the month too. We run the same day every week so nobody has to guess.
02 / THE JOB
Service is the whole job description. We help neighborhood pantries keep shelf-stable staples in stock, we put volunteer crews in kitchens to cook and serve hot meals, and we get grocery boxes to families who need a few weeks of help to get steady again.
We keep the process short. No long forms and no lecture. If we can help it, no line around the block either. A person tells us what their household needs, we pack it, and they leave with it. When someone cannot travel, a driver takes the box to their door.
03 / ROUTES
One program for each leg of the route: the pantry shelf, the serving line, the front door. The first week of the month is easy. The fourth is where pantries run dry, and that is the week we plan for.
We supply neighborhood pantries with shelf-stable staples: rice, beans, canned vegetables, oats, cooking oil, and pasta. Deliveries run on a set schedule so the shelves never go bare before the next truck.
Volunteer kitchen crews cook and serve hot meals at community sites. Ladles, sheet pans, and a posted menu. Anyone who comes to the door gets a plate, no questions beyond how many.
Families going through a rough stretch get a weekly grocery box packed for their household size, with fresh produce when we have it. Drivers cover delivery routes for anyone who cannot make the pickup.
04 / PROCESS
Nothing here is complicated. We ask what a neighborhood is short on, we get it there, and we write down what happened so next month runs better.
Pantry coordinators and kitchen leads tell us what ran out last week and what is coming up. That list sets the order.
We buy staples in bulk, pack boxes by household size, and load the van. Crews are scheduled the same day the order is placed.
Kitchen crews cook and serve on site. Drivers run the delivery routes. Pantry shelves get restocked before the doors open.
Every route ends with a tally: boxes out, plates served, what was left over. We post the numbers and change the next order to match.
05 / SUPPLY LIST
Nine levels, nine items. Pick one, we ship the item with our thanks, and the net proceeds buy staples, kitchen supplies and fuel for the routes.
One size, all of it. Tee, apron and crewneck are cut boxy for most adults. The cap has a strap. The rest does not care what size you are.

Each support level pairs a contribution with a supporter item. Before this page goes live, Servitas Alliance will confirm the fair-market value of every item, its production cost, and the net proceeds that reach the programs, and will post those figures here. Shipping costs, the return window for unworn and unused items, and the payment processor's fees will be listed in the final terms; processing fees are deducted before proceeds are counted. If the alliance is recognized as a public charity, any payment over $75 will come with a written statement showing the value of the item you received and the portion of your payment that exceeds it, as the quid pro quo disclosure rules require.
06 / THE BOOKS
We treat the ledger like the pantry shelf: anyone can look. Once our filings are confirmed we will post the organization's legal name, purpose, and federal status here, and update the figures on this page from the same tally sheets we use to plan each route.
Nothing here is tax-deductible until the federal filing clears. When it does, this row changes and we say so.
